Death of the director at the event ....
This event led to my independence in 1989, recognizing the need to be prepared for anything, anytime, ... but also the knowledge of the enemy lurks in most cases where you expect it the least.
The following "experiences" shaped my career:
Several fire events (without injuries)
Indoor fireworks with subsequent false alarm
Collapse revolving stage during the show
Failure of air conditioning (at 38 degrees outside temperature)
Moderator messed up event due to drunkenness
Complete and lasting power failure (O-coment: Power is not a problem ....)
Flooding event site after pipe burst and continuous rain
Food poisoning(130 guests)
Falling CD player hits a guest
Bad weather | termination event with property damage
Lack of B1-approval
Demolition bomb scare(false alarm)
Fight between the artist and the client
Customer has not ordered enough catering for a large event
September 11th 2001
The most important media player device is defective
Ice bomb and kitchen brigade comes at the wrong timing in the hall
Truck and tour bus pulled off the road by police
Municipal power and water supply drilled
Cancellation show program due to a small stage (customer ignores stagerider)
Bus driver didn’t found the Heidelberg Castle
Completely overbooked guestshotel
Storm destroyed a tent during the intake phase
Complete loss of toilet facilities
Elbe flooding in addition to a complete evacuation of an event
Drunken clients, guests, artists ....
Supplier who was killed
Several arrivals and departures due to storm burst
Failure of the host missed his flight to the event
Short-term relocation events
Courier has "forgotten" show with props deliver
Corruption in Russia ....
and some more
Since 1989 NOT a single client blame to me or my team for a breakdown or problem has been. Because if there was a problem, WE have it solved adequately.
Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes shine to the stars. Enthusiasm is the sparkle in your eyes,
the swing in your gait. The grip of your hand, the irresistible surge of will and energy to execute your ideas.
